The Black Diamond Distance Carbon FLZ is a top-of-the-line trekking pole that offers full adjustability and folding capabilities. The ultralight recycled nylon Distance strap is breathable and moisture-wicking, while the ultralight EVA grip provides the perfect balance of comfort. How to Measure: On flat ground, the top of the trekking pole handle should be at waist or hip level and your elbow at approximately 90 degrees. For walking, hiking and backpacking: Stability and support matter most. Size up if you're right on a size cusp. For running: Uphill propulsion matters most. Size down if you're right on the size cusp.
